With a strong background in human resource management, Lateef earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Since beginning his career in insurance and financial services in 2012, he has brought over a decade of experience, leadership, and insight to the industry. Lateef currently resides in Upstate New York, where he remains actively involved in his children’s various sports activities, embodying the same commitment to teamwork and personal development that he brings to his professional role.
